 Worked in coordination with the human resource managers to understand the goals and
requirements of the company.
 Recruited personnel in a firm, conducting interviews based on specific selection criterions.
 Managed other formalities of employees’ background verifications, screening, performance review
and closing official procedures, including documentation.
 Helped the clients in making decisions based on the requirements.
 Assisted the clients by performing background verification and other check-ups.
 Maintain employee database soft copy-hard copy
 In charge for joining and exit formalities for employee and necessary arrangement
