Responsibilities:
• Increasing sales by finding new clients, new applications, cold calling, mass mailing,
visiting, submitting quotations promptly and following up
• Achieving brand approval in tenders for various applications such as fire-fighting, HVAC,
plumbing, scaffolding etc. by coordinating with consultants, architects & contractors
• To maintain and update regular record formats such as pending order sheet, dispatches,
outstanding payment, client list and approvals list etc.
• Payment collection within a cycle of 30 days
• Coordinating with planning,production, quality & logistics for timely execution of orders
Learning:
• Knowledge of various modes of payment such as financial bank guarantee, letter of
credit, vendor financing etc.
• Networking for long term
Achievements:
• Monthly sales increased to 1500 metric tons i.e. approx 7 Crores in November 2014
from 200 metric tons in September 2013
