Bureau Veritas CPS Viet Nam- Ho Chi Minh- Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC).
• Work as a bridge between internal technical department and customers to give the
explanation about testing process, advice the improvement for vendor's products.
• Suggest information about a company’s products and services and answer any
corresponding questions put forward by customers.
• Clarify test items: physical test, chemical, washing, Color fastness testing…if any
inquiries from vendors…
• Cooperate with other teams in the lab to ensure test result is delivered on time and
accurately to customers; promptly solve related problems if any…
• Maintain relationship with existing customers, support sales team in getting new
customers to achieve company’s target revenue.
• Support other managers for other tasks: vendor outreach, collect and consolidate
sourcing information to provide client/vendor.
• Support accounting team to chase payment for overdue accounts.
• Contact customers as part of the after sales policy of the company and inquire about
any problems that they may be facing
• Minimize number of complaints and complaint escalation rate from vendors.

• Visit factory with sales team to train merchandisers about making form test, test
