2. First, I would like to thanks my training coordinator Mrs Diksha Ameria who is
learning & development manager at The leela bhartiya City, who helped all the
interns and gave me a chance to have a practical experience about the kitchen
through which I came to know how actually kitchen works. She also ensure the
safety of all the interns and also have made wonderful work environment. She also
organizers time to time game tournaments to make the work place enjoyable, She
also organized a farewell party for all the interns and motivated all with his words

4. HISTORY
Leela is named on wife of Mr. C.P.
KRISHNAN NAIR, who’s the founder of
the leela. First was build by Mr. Nair near
his house by buying 11acres of land to
build The Leela Mumbai in 1986 which is
now near CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. IN 1991
SECOND hotel was opened in Goa. The
architecture of properties are inspired
from Portuguese. In 2001, first modern
hotel by this grp. Was opened with 357
rooms in Delhi. In October 2019 company
sold it’s hotel properties and operations
to Canada based BROOKFIELD ASSET
MANAGEMENT
