 Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials

terms and conditions with them.
 Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.
 To maintain healthy relation with suppliers to achieve companies
goal and to have a backup sources for RM/PM.
Stores Management :
 Maintaining meticulous detail on stock of material without any
variance by conducting stock verification & accurate documentation.
 Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks
from warehouse to stores.
