• Seed spices:-coriander, celery, fennel
• Tree spices:- clove, nutmeg, kokum
• Herbal spices:- thyme, marjoram
• Misc spices:- garlic, saffron, pepper long

• Display a huge demand for Indian spices
• The research has been undertaken to study the
