It’s a standard to be discussed with clients and set with very selective standard. There are many candidates that are rejected at this round before sending to clients.   • 16. Video Interview and Evaluation Sheet with Recommendation will be sent to clients. This is prominent and advantageous step of hiring candidates, compared to current hiring one. Clients will see interview videos from candidates and evaluate them at the same time and it will save a lot of time for HR and Hiring Manager.
