• CONDUCT OFFERING SESSIONS
• FLOW UP WITH THE DOCUMENTS OF THE ACCEPTED CANDIDTES
• PREPARE FOR THE CONTRACT SESSIONS
Technology Contractor at Mobinil (24-April-2015 till 24-July-2015)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• INTERFACING WITH ALL TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT TO SOLVE ALL CUSTOMER
COMPLAINTS (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) IN THE SHORTEST TIME AND FOLLOW UP ON ALL
NETWORK PROBLEMS REPORTS (INCIDENT REPORTS). ASSURING THE PREVENTIVE ACTIONS
ARE TAKEN TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM.
• RECEIVING AND DISCUSSING WITH NON-TECHNICAL DEPARTMENTS ALL TYPES OF
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS (ALO, EASY GO, COVERAGE, CALL DROP … ETC).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• RECEIVE VAS COMPLAINTS FROM THE RESPONSIBLE INTERFACES (SALES AND CUSTOMER
CARE INTERFACE).
• RECEIVE CASES ALSO FROM THE FRONT OFFICE THAT NEED A SPECIAL HANDLING ON THE
SPOT.
• CHECK THE RECEIVED CASES ON THE AVAILABLE TOOLS (FERMA WEB BASED APPLICATION,
BSCS) TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THE COMPLAINTS AND REJECT WRONG CASES OR
COMMENT ON THE INCOMPLETE CASES.
• TAKE THE ACTIONS NEEDED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ON BSCS AND REPORT THE MAJOR
PROBLEMS THAT AFFECTS THE CUSTOMERS TO THE IT & TECHNICAL TEAMS TO FIND A
PERMANENT SOLUTION
• FOLLOW UP THE EMAILS WITH THE TECHNOLOGY TEAMS BY ANSWERING THEIR QUESTIONS
AND PROVIDE ANY NEEDED INFORMATION.
• AFTER RECEIVING THE FEEDBACK ON THE ABOVE MAILS IN THE AGREED TIMES, START
CHECK THE CREDIBILITY OF THOSE REPLIES BY USING THE AVAILABLE TOOLS.
• GATHER THE DATA OF THE CASES TO FORM A WEEKLY STATISTICAL REPORT AND ALSO TO BE
AS A RAW DATA READY TO BUILD A DYNAMIC DATABASE.
