Client : Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Ltd, Japan
Environment : Java, Oracle, Windows, IE, QC.
Role : Software Tester.
Description:
SUD Insurance is a full-service of insurance, financial, and auto registration agency has been in
business since 1988. This will provide Policy Transactions by credit cards, Premium and Claims
Transactions data to the business users. Users want to measure profit over time by coverage,
coverage item type, and geographic, demographic and sales distribution channels. The system is
fully integrated, enabling the entry and sharing of policy and claims data among all components
of the system and capturing data to complete policy administration, claims administration, policy
issuance, billing, reinsurance accounting, and bureau reporting and management reports.
Responsibilities:
 Preparing the Test cases using the Mapping document
 Involved in Review of Test Cases & Defects.
 Identified Test Scenarios for new functionalities.
 Raising the defects and Track until it Resolved.
PROJECT#2:
Client : JcPenney.

Description:
JC Penney is Manufacturing Company, They have products including a wide range like
household appliances, computer peripherals, entertainment, medical electronics etc. The main objective of
the project was assisting the senior and middle level management of the organization to improve the sales
and get the knowledge of the new business opportunities

3. PROJECT #3:
Title : Claim Management
Client : J.F. Terry Associates, USA
Environment : ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server, Bugzilla, IE.
Description:
Claim Management project keeps track of claims posted by the customers. Administrator will assign
claims to a field representative. The project enables web-based interaction, automation of email,
view/add/edit/delete claims option, profit for that claim and provides field reports login to download forms. The
administrator is the super user, would create logins for field reps, assigns claims and monitors the status of the
claims and field reps. It includes daily notifications regarding status of the claims and field representatives.
 Tracking of Claims
 Assigning Claims to field representatives
 Auto mail generation to field representatives
 Configuration area in which administrator can setup details for Insured company, Insurance Company,
and Field Rep.
 Register Field Representative who can upload/download information of claim
 Field Representative would set expenses for each claim. Also updates the claim status.
 Overall the website provides status of Claims.

 Analyzing & Understanding functional requirement specifications.
 Executing Approved Test Cases.
 Reporting & Tracking Defects using Bugzilla.
