Client Description: Established in 1922 by a group of U.S. Army officers to insure themselves when
they were unable to secure auto insurance due to opinion that they were a high risk group. Since then
USAA has expanded to offer banking and insurance services to past and present members of the
Armed Forces and their immediate families.
Project Description: Major aim was to protect financial security of members and ensure compliance to
bank’s federal compliance by obeying Dodd-Frank Act’s RESPA Homeownership Counseling changes.
