CACS is a registered trademark of CGI Technologies and Solutions Contribution. This CACS
application is mainly built for account movement between CACS states of different products like
Loans, Overdrafts, credit cards etc whenever any discrepancy happens for that account .The data
movement would be from host system to collections based on the functionality or the transaction rules
.Location code is the main criteria used for finding different products. This location hierarchy may be
interpreted as required supporting varying collection policies and procedures within a company.

Description:
This is a French and English RLP/SPL application which deals with two types of loans: direct and
indirect .Direct loans are sold through the branch channel, while indirect are sold through car
dealerships. In an effort to increase the sale of direct loans, The Bank has two categories of new
direct loan product, called a Variable Rate and Fixed Rate loan. To remain competitive, The Bank
provides “optimized pricing” for the new loan product. The project objective is to begin offering Direct
Scotia Plan Loans (SPL) to customers. The Direct loan product will provide the ability to set up and
maintain a personal loan based on Fixed/Variable interest rate.

Renewals functionality that will need to be built and/or modified in RLP in order to support Automatic
Maturity Renewals at the regular end of term and Manual renewal at any time during the term. A
request for additional funds at renewal is considered a refinance, which on RLP is a new loan
requiring credit re-adjudication.

AMSS: A Web Based Application used by the customer for placing Light Speed orders, interactions
like payments and billing, reporting troubles and maintaining profiles.
