DSCL is Sugar industry. The Core Apps is a Common Interface, which acts a platform to bring
all the modules into one platform. This is a 2-tier architecture system with the main modules like
Financial Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, HRM, Payroll, Marketing, Cane Management
System etc. The objective of the application is to cater to the complete business requirements, in
an integrated manner.
ERP:
The solution provides online recording of transactions simultaneously from different units, User
can generate any report/ statement of any unit in any interval of date, by just switching to that
unit.
We can define any number of roles for a user to access the whole module/few forms with in the
module. There will be different roles defined from Manager to Clerical Level. The rights will be
given with respect to the user job responsibilities. There are other security standards available
where we can restrict the user to his department/branch.

farmers and to design, develop and implement Management Information System in order to
facilitate flow of information to various stakeholders at periodic intervals. Computerized
Operations Tracking System (COTS) is proposed as a web-based application based on three-tier
architecture and can be accessed from any computer connected to the internet/intranet having a
web browser. The application is proposed for developing by using appropriate Microsoft
technology, with feature of database independence for storage of data.

complaints that need to be recorded and dealt with in organization. It can set up different stages to
allow progressing the complaint through normal workflow process and assigning actions to each
complaint to remedy the problem. Complaints will also help user to meet the requirements
.Customer Can Register and communicate via web, Phone, post, courier etc..
Simple dropdown lists ensure the right information is recorded against the
complaint. These are configurable and can comprise Complaint type, Complaint Source,
Complaint Remedy, Complainant Type and Complainant Ethnicity.
