This is a 74:26 joint venture between TATA and Sikorsky. The JV Company would manufacture all the detailed components
to be assembled by the TASL S-92 HELICAPTER, Rolls-Royse’s engine parts, Cobham aeropane parts, RUAG aero plane parts,
and Boeing parts in Hyderabad facility
Responsibilities:
 Spearheading shift production of aero parts and achieving the set targets
 Ensuring timely delivery as per PPC committed dates
 Motivating and managing team professionally through training to increase optimum machine utilization
 Prioritizing the customer critical parts to resolve workshop problems based on communication from planner
 Pay heed to minor machine breakdowns and followup with maintenance team for major breakdowns
 Supervising operators to drive productivity through identifying and analyzing the gaps
 Utilizing trainees by assigning the tasks to multiskill operators in all stages
