This is a 74:26 joint venture between TATA and Sikorsky. The JV Company would manufacture all the detailed components
to be assembled by the TASL S-92 HELICAPTER, Rolls-Royse’s engine parts, Cobham aeropane parts, RUAG aero plane parts,
and Boeing parts in Hyderabad facility
Responsibilities:
Spearheading shift production of aero parts and achieving the set targets
Ensuring timely delivery as per PPC committed dates
Motivating and managing team professionally through training to increase optimum machine utilization
Prioritizing the customer critical parts to resolve workshop problems based on communication from planner
Pay heed to minor machine breakdowns and followup with maintenance team for major breakdowns
Supervising operators to drive productivity through identifying and analyzing the gaps
Utilizing trainees by assigning the tasks to multiskill operators in all stages
