And asks the students to identify the picture and asks certain questions like.
What are the people represented by these warli paintings doing ?

Square indicates a scared enclosure or a piece of land

The workers importance is linked to the poem. Sufficient information
regarding the poem is made available to the students. Teacher also shows
contain the picture of Carl Sandburg. Sufficient information regarding the author
is made available to the students.

Model Recitation by the teacher
The students recite the poem individually and silently and they are
asked to mark difficult words.
Glossary Reference
Students are asked to refer the glossary to find out the meaning
of difficult words. Teacher shows slides contain difficult words.
The difficult words are :-
Mass – Working class people [ teacher shows a picture of slide]
Prairie – a wide treeless grassy plain[ Teacher shows a slide]
Collaborative Learning
Students are asked to form groups and share their ideas in groups.
Students are also asked write down the words in the personnel word list.

could effectively tackle. Teacher also explains difficult areas.

In order to make the content clearer ,scaffolding questions are
asked to the students .The students are asked to write down the answers.
