1.  Teaching staff
The majority of our teaching staff is made up of female teachers. The
general estimate is that they feel healthy and they have a balanced diet.
They avoid fatty meals, they are aware of what food they receive and
make sure their meals are of good quality.
As regards sleep and relaxation the hours are adequate and the quality
satisfactory. The teachers are more or less content with their personal
relations and believe they are quite capable of estimating and evaluating
difficult situations and managing crises. Moreover, they think they have
achieved daily goals they have set.
There are a low percentage of teachers engaging in a sportas well as
those who dedicate time to themselves. The largest amount of time is spent
on family needs at the expense of their own.
From the above we can infer that what teachers must master is a better
balance between attending to their family needs and their own personal
needs.
 Parents
The majority of the sample is made up of women, who consider they are
of good health, they are careful about their meals, they select healthy
products, payattention to food quality and are quite well-informed about
the origin of the products they receive.
In this sample there is a problem with the hours of sleep although they
consider it very important .Sleep decreases to 3-5 hours which is
nevertheless considered of high quality. Reading, music and a relaxing bath
contribute greatly to preparation to sleep.
Moreover there isn’t enough time to rest and these results in a small
percentage of parents who do sports and a higher percentage of parents
using the car for their various activities (getting to work, driving the
children to schooletc.) The hours they spend sitting on a chair are many
and although they consider exercise important the chances to exercise are
limited. Family comes first!

2. They consider themselves quite fulfilled and balanced with good
relationships at work, family and friends.
What they should improve is: Less sitting time and more exercise when
of course they find time for themselves.
