23. The majority of the sample is made up of women, who consider they are of
good health, they are careful about their meals , they select healthy
products, pay attention to food quality and are quite well-informed about
the origin of the products they receive.
In this sample there is a problem with the hours of sleep although they
consider it very important .Sleep decreases to 3-5 hours which is
nevertheless considered of high quality. Reading, music and a relaxing bath
contribute greatly to preparation to sleep.
Moreover there isn’t enough time to rest and this results in a small
percentage of parents who do sports and a higher percentage of parents
using the car for their various activities (getting to work, driving the children
to school etc.) The hours they spend sitting on a chair are many and
although they consider exercise important the chances to exercise are
limited . Family comes first!
They consider themselves quite fulfilled and balanced with good
relationships at work, family and friends.
What they should improve is: Less sitting time and more exercise when of
course they find time for themselves.
