32. Children aged 8-12
● They quite appreciate themselves although they cannot easily understand others,
handle their feelings or solve problems. They make friends easily, are polite, have
self- confidence do their best at school. They want to feel accepted by their peers
and try hard to achieve that.
● They exercise a lot with their families and enjoy that. They prefer taking part
rather than just watching a sport. They choose team sports and like to take part in
after school activities.
● Their food is balanced with a lot of fruit and vegetables and have their meals with
their families daily.
● They eat breakfast every morning and generally drink a lot of water. They allow
themselves a treat, only once a week and go to bed early. Strangely enough, they
wake up quite tired every day !Most of them have some kind of screen in
their room even though they say they don’t use it before sleep.
● They should probably have more free time to themselves and less stress
so as to begin their day in a better mood .
