3. Da’wa
ادْهُعُم إِللِلى سَادبِليللِل رَادبِّككَاد بِلالْهُحِلكْهُمَادةِل وَادالْهُمَادوْهُعِلظَادةِل الْهُحَادسَادنَادةِل وَادجَادادِللْهُهُم م بالتي هي
أَادحْهُسَادنُم
Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom
and beautiful preaching; and argue with them
in ways that are best and most gracious:
16:125
4. Witnessing
وَادكَادذَادلِلكَاد جَادعَادلْهُنَاداكُم م ْهُ أُم مَّةًا وَادسَادطًا ا لِّكتَادكُم ونُم واْهُ شُم هَاددَاداء عَادلَادى النَّاسِل وَاديَادكُم ونَاد الرَّسُم ولُم
عَادلَاديلْهُكُم م ْهُ شَادهِليلدًا ا
Thus, have We made of you an Ummat justly
balanced, that ye might be witnesses over the
nations, and the Messenger a witness over
.yourselves
2:143
5. )Preaching (Tableeg
يَادا أَاديُّههَادا الرَّسُم ولُم بَادلِّكغْهُ مَادا أُم نزِللَاد إِللَاديلْهُكَاد مِلن رَّبِّككَاد وَادإِلن لَّم ْهُ تَادفْهُعَادلْهُ فَادمَادا بَادلَّغْهُتَاد
رِلسَادالَادتَادهُم وَاداللُّه يَادعْهُصِلمُم كَاد مِلنَاد النَّاسِل
O Messenger. proclaim the (message) which
hath been sent to thee from thy Lord. If thou
didst not, thou wouldst not have fulfilled and
proclaimed His mission. And Allah will defend
thee from men (who mean mischief). 5:67
6. Enjoining righteousness and
forbidding evil
كُم نتُم م ْهُ خَاديلْهُرَاد أُم مَّةٍ أُ أُم خْهُرِلجَادتْهُ لِللنَّاسِل تَادأْهُمُم رُم ونَاد بِلالْهُمَادعْهُرُم وفِل وَادتَادنْهُهَادوْهُنَاد عَادنِل
الْهُمُم نكَادرِل وَادتُم ؤْهُمِلنُم ونَاد بِلاللِّك
Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for
mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding
what is wrong, and believing in Allah..
3:110
8. Universal God
First Chapter of Quran starts with the verse
الْعحَمْعدُ ل للِّ رَبِّ الْععَاللَمِينيننَ
.praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds
:Quran ends with the verse
إِينلَهِين النَّالسِين مَلِينكِين النَّالسِين قُ للْع أَعُ لوذذُ ل بِينرَبِّ النَّالسِين
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind. The
King (or Ruler) of Mankind. The Allah (for judge) of Mankind
114:1-3
9. Universal Book
يَال أَيُّهَال النَّالسُ ل قَدْع جَالءتْعكُ لم مَّوذْععِينظَةٌ م مِّ ن رَّبِّ كُ لمْع وَشِينفَالء لِّ مَال فِيني الصُّدُ لورِين وَهُ لدًى ى
وَرَحْعمَةٌ م لِّ لْعمُ لؤْعمِيننِينيننَ
10:57 O mankind! there hath come to you a direction
from your Lord and a healing for the (diseases) in
your hearts,- and for those who believe, a guidance
and a Mercy.
شَهْعرُ ل رَمَضَالنَ الَّذِينيَ أُ لنززِينلَ فِينينهِين الْعقُ لرْعآننُ ل هُ لدًى ى لِّ لنَّالسِين
Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the
Qur'an, as a guide to mankind. 2:185
10. Universal Messenger
وَمَال أَرْعسَلْعنَالكَ إِينلَّ كَالفَّةًى لِّ لنَّالسِين بَشِينينرًى ا وَنزَذِينيرًى ا وَلَكِيننَّ أَكْعثَرَ النَّالسِين لَ
يَعْعلَمُ لوذنَ
We have not sent thee but as a universal
(Messenger) to men, giving them glad tidings,
and warning them (against sin), but most men
understand not.
34:28
11. ’Concern of Prophet for ‘Dawa
فَكَينْعفَ إِينذَا جِينئْعنَال مِينن كُ للِّ أمَّةٍ بِينشَهِينيندٍ وَجِينئْعنَال بِينكَ عَلَى هَـؤؤُ للء
شَهِينيندًى ا
How then if We brought from each
people a witness, and We brought
thee as a witness against these
people! 4:41
12. Crime of concealment
وَمَنْع أَظْعلَمُ ل مِينمَّن كَتَمَ شَهَالدَةًى عِينندَهُ ل مِيننَ اللِّ وَمَال اللُّ بِينغَالفِينلٍ عَمَّال تَعْعمَلُ لوذنَ
Ah! who is more unjust than those who conceal
the testimony they have from Allah. but Allah
is not unmindful of what ye do!
2:140
14. Father Preaching his son
وَ النَ الا دَ الى نُن وححٌ ابْكنَ الهُن وَ الكَ الا نَ ال فِلٍي مَ العْكزِلٍلٍ ي يَ الا بُن نَ اليَّ ارْككَ الب مَّعَ النَ الا وَ اللاَ ال تَ الكُن ن مَّعَ ال
الْككَ الا فِلٍرِلٍين َ ال
Noah called out to his son, who had separated
himself (from the rest): O my son! embark
with us, and be not with the unbelievers!
11:42
15. Preaching in Prison
يَ الا صَ الا حِلٍبَ اليِلٍ السِّقجْكن ِلٍ أَ الأَ الرْكبَ الا بٌ مّهُتَ الفَ الرِّققُن وحنَ ال خَ اليْكرٌ أَ المِلٍ اللّهُ الْكوحَ الاحِلٍدُن الْكقَ الهَّا رُن
O my two companions of the prison! (I ask you):
are many lords differing among themselves
better, or the One Allah, Supreme and
Irresistible 12:39 ?
16. Man from suburbs preaching urban
elites
وَ الجَ الا ء مِلٍن ْك أَ القْكصَ الى الْكمَ الدِلٍينَ الةِلٍ رَ الجُن لٌ يَ السْكعَ الى قَ الا لَ ال يَ الا قَ الوحْكمِلٍ اتَّبِلٍعُن وحا الْكمُن رْكسَ اللِلٍين َ ال
Then there came running, from the farthest part
of the City, a man, saying, O my people!

19. Some Techniques
Be Polite
اذْنَهَى بَى ا إِنلَى ى فِنرْنَعَى وْنَنَى إِننَّههُ طَ طَى غَى ى فَى قُ طَولَى لَى هُ طَ قَى وْنَلًا ل لَّهيِّنًنًا لا لَّهعَى لَّههُ طَ يَى تَى ذَى كَّهرُ طَ أَى وْنَ يَى خْنَشَى ى
both of you, to Pharaoh, for he has indeed Go,
transgressed all bounds
But speak to him mildly; perchance he may take
Allah 20:44warning or fear
20. Don’t hurt sentiments
وَى لَى تَى سُ طَبُّوواْنَ الَّهذِنين َى يَى دْنَعُ طَونَى مِنن دُ طَونِن اللِّنً
Revile not ye those whom they call upon
besides Allah
6:108
21. Never impose
لَى إِنكْنَرَى اهَى فِني الدِّنًين ِن قَى د تَّهبَى يَّهن َى الرُّوشْنَدُ طَ مِنن َى الْنَغَى يِّنً
Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth

22. Avoid disputes

قَى ا لَى فَى مَى ا بَى ا لُ طَ الْنَقُ طَرُ طَونِن الُ طَْنَولَى ى قَى ا لَى عِنلْنَمُ طَهَى ا عِنندَى رَى بِّنًي فِني كِنتَى ا بٍ لَّه يَى ضِنلُّو رَى بِّنًي
وَى لَى يَى نسَى ى
Pharaoh said : What then is the
?Condition of previous generations
He replied: the knowledge of that is with my Lord,
duly recorded, my Lord never errs nor forgets.
20:51
