Healthcare Unlimited needs to expand its clinical data warehouse (CDW) to ingest third-party data feeds from medical IS vendor and onsite clinic data to incorporate this information to downstream employer group analytics and reporting processes. This expansion will also be used to develop new activity reports to message value on these products. The nature of the company’s business is that it operates in an extremely competitive environment that necessitates fast delivery to market so as to prevent competitor companies from gaining dominant market share with similar competitive products. Therefore, the key success factors of the project were time to market and quality. Cost of delivery was not a major concern. Scope The scope of the project was to create a modular software package to handle medical IS vendor data to ensure appropriate preventative care is being tracked for members, including the systems changes, the vendor medical IS database tables, and medical IS vendor reporting. The project was divided into modules consisting of: medical IS DB tables, promote tables, and medical IS vendor reporting. A project manager was appointed, but has since left due to personal reasons. Time Scales The launch date was set as December 1, 2015. The product had to be ready for launch on this date, as all the marketing material would reflect this date and the launch had to precede the launch of similar products from competitors. The project kickoff was May 5, 2015. The tasks that had been completed prior to May 5, 2015 were the business case compilation and approval and the project team establishment. Technology The systems development was to be done using the MS Visual Studio programming language and SQL environment, which was new to the development team. The developers were sent on MS Visual Studio programming training two weeks prior to the project start. The developers were used to working in a Java programming environment and had not worked with any MS-oriented languages before. The new medical IS vendor reports will integrate into the existing system located behind the intranet. These new reports, unlike the existing reports, will utilize both SQL Server and Teradata. SQL Server will control the security access and parameter selection for the reports. The application will then send the selected parameters to Teradata in order to populate the body of the report. To better understand the benefits, costs, and risksassociated with the implementation of the Nintex workflow platform, which we will refer to as the Platform, Forrester interviewed several customers with multiple years of experience using Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms. These customers recognize the value inherent in automating processes. Their colleagues and customers are working both in offices and on mobile devices and are spread across many countries. Content necessaryto collaborate and make business decisions is stored in many applications across these devices. They have some well-defined processes, but the steps leading up to these processes or to connect closely related processes are loosely defined and manual. With Nintex Workflow, customers can automate their processes and create workflows that connect their people, processes, and content. With Nintex Forms, Nintex provides an easy way to collect data from colleagues and customers within the workflow. Using Nintex Mobile, customers can extend these workflows to users who are on the go. With Nintex Connectors, customers can easily integrate cloud services and lineof-business applications into their workflows. Prior to using the Platform, these customers were mostly relying on custom code to automate processes. However, it was difficult and time-consuming to build workflows, and many processes remained manual (e.g. paper-based,email, excel files) while a backlog of requests for automation grew. This left customers frustrated with process inefficiencies and the inability to automate faster. With the Platform, customers are able to automate processes in pace with demand, connect the right people and data in each process, and easily make changes to workflows as processes change. This results in increased productivity for end users and IT, reduced costs associated with automation, better collaboration, and higher quality of work.

Abstract—Project Portfolio Management (PPM) has gained success in many projects due to its large number of features that covers effective scheduling, risk management, collaboration, and third-party software integrations to mention a few. A broad range of PPM software is available; however, it is essential to select the PPM with minimum usage issues over time. While many companies use surveys and market research to get users feedback, the PPM product software reviews carry the voice of users; the positive and negative sentiments of the PPM software reviews. This paper collected 4,775 reviews of ten PPM software from Capttera.com. Our approach has these phases- text preprocessing, sentiment analysis, summarization, and categorizations. The software reviews are filtered and cleaned, then negative sentiments of user reviews are summarized into a set of factors that identify issues of adopted PPM software. We report the most important issues of PPM software which were related to missing technological features and lack of training. Results using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model showed that the top ten common issues are related to software complexity and lack of required features.
