rice mill owned by the siblings Jose
Carlos Banal and Teresita Banal
Macaspac, located on San Pablo II,
Lubao, Pampanga. Established on
2014, It was named after the
basketball team of their father during
1960’s.

produce rice of the best quality
possible, free from potentially
hazardous impurities and with the
natural flavors unchanged.

6. With a start-up capital of 8M php, that
was allocated with the costs of its machineries
and equipments, it started to render its
business and offers a variety of rice.
Currently, it was earning 2.5M annually.
8. Rice is a staple food and mostly consumed in the
Asia, especially in the Philippines. it is the centre of the
plate in every Filipino household, and almost everybody can
afford it. This is the reason why the owners thought of it as
a sensible decision to put up a rice milling business in their
location. Though a very profitable business, starting a rice
mill business requires a large startup capital that most
entrepreneurs can’t afford, this explains why there are few
players in these kind of business.

18. As for the other CSR activities of Golden Plow, we're proposing
that they conduct feeding Program for the malnourished childrens
in the barangays and also by using the rice husk as fertilizer and
giving it to the farmers to use it in their farms. Aside from
eliminating the waste, they can also help the community.
