WORK ENVIRONMENT?
The working environment at Google is
simply fantastic, there are many facilities
provided to the employees which you
never found anywhere else. Some of the
facilities are:
Perks:
1. Free Hair Cut
2. On site laundry
3. Spa
4. Swimming pool
5. Gym
The Work Environment:
1. Friendly
2. Open to questions
3. Open to ideas
4. Treat you as a college
student
oHealth Benefits:
1. On site physicians
2. More time with your
baby
3. Travel without worries
with Google insurance
Some of the facilities providing by Google
are:
ASSESSMENT:
 Google love their employees, and they want them
to know it.
 Google's workforce is a great motivator.
 Peoples are appreciated for their work.
 The best resources in the world.
 Google create a respectful workplace culture.
Q2.) GOOGLE IS DOING A LOT FOR ITS EMPLOYEES, BUT OBVIOUSLY
IT 'NOT DONE ENOUGH TO RETAIN SEVERAL OF ITS TALENTED
EMPLOYEES. USING WHAT YOU’VE LEARNED FROM STUDYING THE
VARIOUS MOTIVATION THEORIES, WHAT DOES THIS SITUATION TELL
YOU ABOUT EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION?
Actually Google need to follow Herzberg’s Two
Factors theory because Google is unable to provide
them intrinsic factors which are required in a job for
satisfaction purpose
1. There is a lack of recognition of top talents.
2. They are even not provided major responsibilities
in company
And even high competitions, time consuming work
have ruined their personal life due to which they
are getting dissatisfied to their job
Q3.)WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOOGLE’S BIGGEST
CHALLENGE IN KEEPING EMPLOYEES MOTIVATED
 The biggest challenge is how to keep the huge
amount of talented and experienced employees.
 Google is not able to think what should be done
above benefits and incentive to keep its talent.
 The main challenge was to identify and sate the
needs of employees so, that it will not affect the
growth of the company.
 To control the unreasonable demand of its
employees.
Q4.) IF YOU WERE MANAGING A TEAM OF
GOOGLE EMPLOYEES, HOW WOULD YOU KEEP
THEM MOTIVATED?
 Identification and Classification of Needs.
 Division of Employee into groups.
 Social exchange process.
 Try to maintain fair relationship between their
preference and reward in comparison to other.
 Employees who are the real innovator should get their
name as the software or the website .
 The name of the team should be promoted through the
company site and other medium.
 Promotion, preference and power.
CONCLUSION
GOAL SETTING THEORY:-
 Google should implement goal setting theory as to
motivate its employees.
 Goal setting focuses on motivation through setting
individual goals.
 Makes employees feel more valued gives them an
important role in the company
REINFORCEMENT THEORY:-
Theory doesn’t concentrate on specific employee
motivation. It focuses on motivation independent of goal

  • 4. ASSESSMENT:  Google love their employees, and they want them to know it.  Google's workforce is a great motivator.  Peoples are appreciated for their work.  The best resources in the world.  Google create a respectful workplace culture.
  • 5. Q2.) GOOGLE IS DOING A LOT FOR ITS EMPLOYEES, BUT OBVIOUSLY IT 'NOT DONE ENOUGH TO RETAIN SEVERAL OF ITS TALENTED EMPLOYEES. USING WHAT YOU’VE LEARNED FROM STUDYING THE VARIOUS MOTIVATION THEORIES, WHAT DOES THIS SITUATION TELL YOU ABOUT EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION? Actually Google need to follow Herzberg’s Two Factors theory because Google is unable to provide them intrinsic factors which are required in a job for satisfaction purpose 1. There is a lack of recognition of top talents. 2. They are even not provided major responsibilities in company And even high competitions, time consuming work have ruined their personal life due to which they are getting dissatisfied to their job

Q3.)WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOOGLE’S BIGGEST CHALLENGE IN KEEPING EMPLOYEES MOTIVATED  The biggest challenge is how to keep the huge amount of talented and experienced employees.  Google is not able to think what should be done above benefits and incentive to keep its talent.  The main challenge was to identify and sate the needs of employees so, that it will not affect the growth of the company.  To control the unreasonable demand of its employees.

IF YOU WERE MANAGING A TEAM OF GOOGLE EMPLOYEES, HOW WOULD YOU KEEP THEM MOTIVATED?  Identification and Classification of Needs.  Division of Employee into groups.  Social exchange process.  Try to maintain fair relationship between their preference and reward in comparison to other.  Employees who are the real innovator should get their name as the software or the website .  The name of the team should be promoted through the company site and other medium.  Promotion, preference and power.

CONCLUSION GOAL SETTING THEORY:-  Google should implement goal setting theory as to motivate its employees.  Goal setting focuses on motivation through setting individual goals.  Makes employees feel more valued gives them an important role in the company REINFORCEMENT THEORY:- Theory doesn’t concentrate on specific employee motivation. It focuses on motivation independent of goal
