Low Self Esteem
In the United States, individuals with mental illness have an unemployment rate of 60–80%
compared to the overall unemployment rate of 8–10% (Chang, 2015). However, this high
unemployment rate does not reflect an unwilling labor force, as many individuals with mental
illness state a desire for employment (Henry & Lucca, 2004). Individuals with mental illness face
stigma from multiple sources surrounding employment such as care givers, employers, and

organogenesis of non–transformed tobacco leaf explants (Fig. 2). After 3 weeks cultivation, we
found that no explants produced shoots on media without any tested carbon source (Fig. 2A). When
cultivated on 30 gl–1 sucrose (0/30), 100% of the tobacco leaf explants regenerated. The
organogenesis response decreased progressively when mannose concentration was increased in the
shoot regeneration medium. A decreasing selectivity of mannose was also seen when 5 gl–1 sucrose
was supplemented to the selection medium. Results show that the inhibitory effects of mannose
increases with decreasing sucrose concentration in the medium, indicating an interaction between
mannose and sucrose (Fig. 3). Similar results were described by Sigareva et al. (2004) in tomato as

Giacomo Puccini was born in Lucca, Italy on December 22nd, 1858. He was one of nine children of
Michele Puccini and Albina Magi. The Puccini family was established in Lucca as a local musical

suited for a natural lens. According to Solere, nature was a "vital force diffused among natural
beings" (1). The aspect of nature has been debated even in modern times due to the arguments of
nature vs. nurture as well as Biblical allusions to miracles of nature. Augustine postulated that many
different elements in nature have a dual function (straw–ripen fruits with heat or keep snow cold;
oil–fuel for fire, does not act on lime; etc.). If these elements can perform dual functions then it is
not impossible "for God to create such natures as He pleased...change these natures of His own

discussion goes. Lucca and Giles of Rome reject female participation within the military sphere
(242). However, many women were considered saints. Within Plato's argument that animals would
not perform the same without guidance and training, this is reminiscent of the current wage equality
debate. Women earn seventy–nine cents for every dollar a man makes. Within the military today,
there are women but it seems they do not receive the same training or treatment as male members.
Although Plato argued that women should be looked down upon and that men were far more
superior, he believed that women could participate in unequal situations within medicine, music,
