10. FAQs
Topic Details
Process flow capabilities PRESTO is not a process flow mapping tool
PRESTO IS a touchpoint mapping tool allowing for process inputs and outputs to be
precisely mapped to suppliers and customers
PRESTO IS a process step / checklist manager allowing all process steps to be catalogued
in checklist format including inputs and outputs
PRESTO IS a value chain catalogue tool allowing for value chain touchpoints to be
captured in block format
Mass data upload Mass data upload is typically only done at the initial stage when setting up as the tool will
thereon be used for transactional purposes. A mass upload can be done on a one-time
basis as a custom request
Integration - Point-to-point, real-time
integration
For SaaS customers, Integration is not a built-in option however if integration is desired
with 3rd party hosted applications, integration can be done as a customisation
Single sign on For the SaaS customers, single sign on integration with 3rd party hosted applications can
be built as a customisation development if required
ODBC connectivity The database structure is part of TOPP TI’s Intellectual Property to which access rights are
not provided. We can allow for data present in PRESTO’s front end reporting to be
exportable in multiple formats if required on a case-by-case customisation basis
Embedding 3rd party webpages / reporting
in PRESTO
As this is not common with SaaS applications, this can be built as a customisation
developed specifically by request
Access control PRESTO offers robust role-based permission accessibility available in 4 categories:
employees, users, admins, super admin
Security The application conforms to industry standards on security.
MOM (Message-oriented middleware) This is not currently available, however, API-based access can be built as a customisation
if required
