A - Upper middle class, Higher managerial, administrative

C2 - Skilled working class, Skilled manual workers
D - Working class, Semi and unskilled manual workers
E - Those at lowest level of subsistence, State pensioners
or widows (no other earner), casual or lowest grade
workers
