The mentor meeting agenda includes checking in on student progress in their final week of exhibition preparation. Students will reflect on accomplishments and challenges since the last meeting, including whether they met previous goals. They will then discuss strategies for condensing their long-form presentation into a 20-minute version, and assigning responsibilities to ensure equal participation. Students will also identify any remaining concerns and set specific goals for the coming week to work on accomplishing. Finally, the students will do a self-assessment of their teamwork in areas like participation, collaboration, and serious attitude.
