management and prioritising your activities will become critically
important. There will be many demands on your time such as work,
family, leisure and relaxing. Fitting a demanding study plan into your
calendar and sticking to it will, for most people, be a significant
challenge.
Good time management also helps to reduce stress. As you develop
new time management techniques, the programme of study will fall
more naturally into your daily routine.
In this module, we share ideas, tips and suggestions to help you
manage your time more effectively. Time management is a life skill,
so the things you take away and adopt from this module will most
likely remain with you forever.
