Syngas

Syngas is a fuel gas mixture produced from gasification of carbon-containing fuels like coal. It is used to produce Synthetic Natural Gas which can then be used as Liquified Natural Gas or Compressed Natural Gas for transportation. Syngas has over half the energy density of natural gas and can power gas engines for electricity generation. The global syngas market is fragmented with key players including Air Products and Chemicals, Linde Group, and Air Liquide.
