2. The audience for my music magazine would be
people 55% male and 45% female as in my case
studies of Kerrang and NME, their gender ratio
shows that more males listen to rock music than
females. They would be aged 15-35 and the
median age would be 25. Their music taste
would be specifically pop rock and indie rock
music, as that is the type of rock my magazine
consists of and they would most likely be
located either in the UK and the US.
4. CLASS & ETHNICITY
The social class of my audience would be
middle/working class and the ethnicities
would vary. My magazine is mostly aimed at
the younger generation in society therefore,
it would appeal to those possibly in
education, for example high school, college
and university as well as those who work but
are interested in the rock genre.
