1. Affirmation of OTC Derivate trades with internal and external counterparties.
Production of ISDA paper & electronic trade confirmations for OTC Derivative trades.
Incoming validation and matching of paper and electronic trade confirmation, including Swift
and other related electronic messages.
Responsible for the effective management and resolution of trade discrepancies, including:
Professional communication with thorough and detailed explanation to clients via e-mail or
phone to resolve all differences in a timely manner.
Liaison with internal counterparties (i.e. Desk, Sales team, Trade Support, Settlements, Legal,
Portfolio Reconciliation) to work through issues and identify the correct remediation required.
Acting as a first POC for a portfolio of clients and effectively resolving all incoming client
queries within a pre agreed timeframe.
Exercising good judgment skills to make the necessary decisions to address client queries
and ensuring all high priority queries are escalated to the management promptly.
Responsible for preparing and presenting weekly & monthly business review dashboards to
the internal client.
Highlighting deviations, escalations if any also taking up review calls with the client to present
the above reports.
Preparing and updating SOPs for various functions across products.
Managing Mail traffic received from internal and external clients.
