 Perform Quality Assurance check for the on-boarding teams ensure accuracy of documents requested, obtained and
data input in the client on-boarding tool. Also to ensure all procedures and policies have been met by the associates
for each on-boarding request.
 Team lead and provide cover for the manager for the Global Markets team. Lead various training on procedural and
policy updates for the team. Provide extensive training for new joiners and perform 4-eye checks for high-risk clients,
SPF/PEP, Economic Sanctions or negative media is involved.
 
 Global Markets, Global Banking, Investment Banking on-boarding and performing periodic Refresh of clients for Asia,

 Responsible for the weekly reporting on the Temporary/Permanent waivers on documents granted by the compliance
team for Asia. This involves investigating if all the necessary approvals have been obtained and if they have been
captured in the system accurately. Following up with the associates if any remediation is required or if further
approvals are required. Also initiated modification to the current report and worked alongside with other teams
globally to roll out the modified report .
 Have successfully led 3 remediation projects (81 HongKong clients - where audit identified issues; 834 Global
Banking clients - self identified audit ; 160 Global Market clients - self identified audit) to completion well before the
expected due date.
 Performed UAT for various client on-boarding tools. Wrote test scripts and performed testing on the available
functionalities, detected errors and suggested possible solutions. Also suggested possible areas for system
