Perform Quality Assurance check for the on-boarding teams ensure accuracy of documents requested, obtained and
data input in the client on-boarding tool. Also to ensure all procedures and policies have been met by the associates
for each on-boarding request.
Team lead and provide cover for the manager for the Global Markets team. Lead various training on procedural and
policy updates for the team. Provide extensive training for new joiners and perform 4-eye checks for high-risk clients,
SPF/PEP, Economic Sanctions or negative media is involved.
