Cultural identity can be many different things. The clothes you wear, the food you eat, the places you go, or even how you talk. Many people have not
one, but two cultural identities that define them. In my case i have two which is American and Indian. Culture can be defined in many different ways.

The Racial/Cultural Identity Development model (R/CID) is an expansion of the Minority Identity Development model. The R/CID model
encompasses a broader population and removes the term "minority," which can be disempowering to individuals. This model works to aid therapists in
assessment and intervention of culturally diverse clients. It has five levels of development that individuals undergo to understand the dominant culture,
their own culture, and the relationship between the two cultures, which is often oppressive. The first level of development is the conformity phase. In

I've just accepted whatever I get and have learned to be grateful for it. My mom recalled that a plastic hair band and a clip would entertain me for hours.

My paper was based on the first topic about how someone's life history can tell you about their cultural identity. The person I interviewed was a
second generation 32 year old immigrant from Mexico. She is a very kind person, with such an adventurous personality. My plan was to ask several
questions about her life, as well as what she has faced. This is so I can learn more from her and her culture. I asked a couple of questions about her life
and practices to figure out how family and changes helped her adapt to what culture she identifies with growing up. My first heading will consist of her

My parents grew up on a farm. and one of the things they teached me was how to plant tomatoes and how to take care of them and make sure they
grow correctly, nice and ripe. My mom also taught me how to cook and make all sorts of food. One of the foods was a soup from Russia that was
used in multiple countries from Europe Used as a main dish . She even taught me how to do the laundry and wash the floors when I was young.
They also taught me to always respect our guests and when we see them we say "pace" which means peace and we shake hands as respect. if we
