•Organizational changes have been proposed -
assignment of specific tasks to the employees.
•Service manager - scope of responsibility has been
set.
•Pricelist has been created, service costs have been
reconfigured.
•Warehouse has been brought to an order.
•Professionalized offer-making procedure has been
introduced with regards to the Internet-based queries.

company currently employs 16 employees and is
planning recruitment process to happen in the future.

8. • I have learnt to understand the owners who
make mistakes
• I have acquired knowledge on a number of ways
which can be used to perceive the business
• I have met people who bring in added value,
having numerous positive traits of characters
hidden deep within. Talking to them made it
possible to direct them towards what’s best and
elicit those features, bring them to the surface
and make use of them.
