- 4. Past History No Known underlying disease ปฏิเสธประวัติการผ่าตัด ปฏิเสธประวัติแพ้ยาหรืออาหาร
- 5. Physical examination Vital signs - T 36.0c, BP 157/94mmHg, PR 90bpm, RR 20/min, O2 sat 99% HEENT - No pale conjunctiva, Anicteric sclera Heart - Full and regular pulses, Normal S1,S2; No murmur Lungs - Normal breath sound, No adventitious sound Abdomen - Soft, Not tender
- 6. Extremity Lt. Knee - Deformity, Swelling, Limit ROM due to pain Lt. Foot - Capillary refill < 2sec Physical examination Neurological Motor power - Grade III at Lt. Lower extremity due to pain, others are Grade V all
