Role : Purchase Supervisor
Job Location : HYDERABAD
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee all matters related to Purchasing management which includes – Review Requisitions, PO issuance, Monthly
Accruals and also working with requestors in resolving their queries.
• Ensure Uninvoiced Receipt Accruals are cleared within 60 days of aging.
• Ensure Purchase Orders and emails are responded with the defined time lines.
• Ensure all purchase orders are within SOX compliance, proper approvals obtained prior to issuing purchase order
based on Corporate Signature policy and all backup attached in Oracle.
• Review Oracle notification alert to buyer and partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice PO holds and matching
discrepancies
• Follow up on ETA of orders to ensure commodity is delivered on schedule, price and quantity                  Cont…
Purchase Supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and suppliers.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and high volume.
• Follow policies and procedure; guide your team to ensure they adhere to Policies and Procedures.
• Should be a subject Matter Expert on all the activities performed within Purchasing team.
People Management
• Professionally coach & develop the Purchasing department personnel to achieve business results &
professional goals.
• The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for setting expectations, delegation of work with proper
direction & accountability, and performance evaluations at regular intervals.
• Develop the Purchasing team through one on one coaching, monthly team meetings.
• Lead and support the Purchasing team through regular team huddles and reviews

Job Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 7–8 years of experience in Purchasing process, out of which 2 – 3 years as a Supervisor/Senior Buyer and
another 2-4 years as a Buyer.
• Knowledge in Accounts Payable process is beneficial.
• Hands on experience with Oracle 11i. R12 preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Service oriented and conscientious with attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, commitment to
achieving results.
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours given the potential global coverage of this role (More will
be into night shift).

I) Position Summary
Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:
The incumbent would be responsible for generation of bills/invoices based on customer contracts. The job involves managing the Accounts
Receivables and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to ensure timely collection.
b) Major Activities
Provide leadership and focus to timely generation of invoices and timely collection of accounts receivable
Guide Relationship/ Sales team to reduce Account Receivables ageing and optimize collections
Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes Collections report, Operations report, deductions etc.
Conduct regular conference calls with Clients to reconcile and collect payments.
