I already finished my work for three copies of 3.1b. However, I need help only this work 3.1c and I
feel confused. Then, I give you every information for 3.1b.

Talents and Strengths Directions. Record talents or strengths identified by multiple survey
respondents in item " A " of peer assessments ( 3.1b). 1) Have the ability to assess the situation
and choose the right thing. 2) Have the ability to listen more than speak, be honest, supportive,
and transparent, and know how to acknowledge other people's emotions. 3) Having the ability to
fix something conclusively, have a positive mindset, always focus, and always put away the things
that might distract me. B1. Composite Attributes and Temperaments Directions. Copy the scores
from peer assessments to Column 1. Then calculate the averages of these scores and record
them in Columns 2. Do not include personal assessment scores (activity 3.1a) in calculations.
