10. Conclusion
This presentation aligns with best practices for organizational change because
all the leaders know their roles in the plan. The stakeholders have been identified,
and the proposal has been carefully planned. The “small wins” have been
identified and the organization’s values are furthered by the ‘small win”
(Spiro, 2011). The presentation shows who will benefit from the change, and
how the change will be publicized. Being an agent of change requires
commitment and determination. There will be resistance, However, resistance
can be overcome when the stakeholders are assured that the change is beneficial
for the organization.
