Q. Most training programs promise ‘interactive’ courses yet deliver more or less the same.
How are you different?
A: One, our CID methodology. Two, you got to see it to believe it. Slot a free demo for your
company to test us. You like us, we work together. Simple!
Q. I have tried to organize training programs in my company but then the message erodes
after some days. What is the point then in the whole activity?
A: As we factor in this ‘erosion effect’, we devise blended learning programs that stagger the
training over a period of time, keeping the costs under control. For this, different learning
channels like e-learning are used. Also, we keep finding more and more ways of reaching out
and engaging the participants thus refreshing the message. And, we can create trainers in your
company as well.
Q. Can you evaluate training financially?
A: As most of our programs are evaluated by the bottom line impact it makes to companies, the
actual RoI on the training investment can be measured. Going further, this evaluation is similar
to advertising. There are tools to gauge the impact on revenue but its innumerable other
benefits are intangible and they can best be judged by you.
Q. For a particular program we had clearly given the trainer our objective. Even then, the
program did not satisfy us completely in the fulfillment of the objectives. How do you ensure
that the objectives are exactly met?
A: After our research, we present our module (including program flow, games, activities,
theories, case studies, and even some examples) to the management to check if that is what
the management sought. The necessary changes are made to the module and program flow
and another presentation is made. The process continues till the management is thoroughly
convinced about the program.
