the student lockers at a large public high school.
What PROCESS would you use to tackle this project?

Understand the problem
• Empathy:
• Understand the problem.
• What are the current problems with students’
lockers in general?
• How many people in total use lockers?
• Where can we install lockers?
What is required?
• Define:
• What is required?
• Conversations with: Students , teachers,
principals, maintenance staff end-users.
Design a locker.
• Design:
• Create a locker.
• With user requirements, designing locker that
adapt to the needs identified.
• Design lockers that can supply students needs
Propose lockers prototypes.
• Propose locker prototype
• Present lockers designs according to school
requirements and students needs.
Implement the solutions
• Implement the solutions
• The School selects the lockers to best fit
requirements depending of the designed and
useed area.
• Evaluate the use of the lockers.
• Make changes in the case is needed.
