Waste : Any material which eliminated or discarded as no
longer useful or required after the completion of a process.
Waste is a waste till it is wasted but becomes a
useful resource when utilized properly; unlocking
the potential to add value.

• The container used for storing of hazardous waste must be free of contamination
on the outside, securely closed and capable of containing the waste inside it.
• The waste should be properly segregated and should not contain anything else
than the waste mentioned below.
• Form 3 & Form 8 is available in the attachment. The format of the forms should
not be changed.

whole or in part or rejects from their manufacturing and
repair process, which are intended to be discarded (as per
E-waste (Management) Rules, 2016).
The waste are mentioned in the Schedule 1 of E-waste
(Management) Rules, 2016 is considered to be E-Waste.
