1- Teaching according to the philosophy of education in any University I will work for in
graduate and undergraduate schools..
2- Preparation for classroom activities related to the educational process in any University I will
work for..
3- Advising students academically and preparing them to carry out their future responsibilities,
activities, assignments and projects.
4- Academic Director, reporting to the VP of the Aqaba campus, as Academic Director I was the
lead coordinator of all daily academic operations in the campus for five colleges and all
colleges Dean were working in close collaboration with me as the Academic Director, heads
of all department and research and institutional effectiveness plus deputy dean of the Business
college and head of two departments, and Heads of Academics and Program to ensure
coordination and timely completion of projects, reports, scheduling, meetings budgets,
program advisory boards, accreditation, and internal and external communications also to
ensure the daily working team both acadimic and employees to ensure the efficient, compliant,
and high quality of academic operations plus facilitating appropriate coordination and
communication with other college departments to ensure effective collaboration between
academics and student, enrolment, student services and shared services.plus working with the
accreditation commeties.
5- Works directly with program heads to coordinate daily operations (scheduling, hiring,
supplies, meetings, partnerships, resourcing, labs, library, to ensure all student activities done
accordingly, etc.)
