Course Objectives
Participants will learn:
 Understand the Corporate and HR Strategic Management Process and Components
 Review the Past, Current and Brainstorm the Future Strategy Plan
 Apply the Balance ScoreCard Method to conduct HR Strategic Planning
 Identify Different HR Indicators
 Develop the fundamental of the Department : Vision, Mission, Values and Future Plan
 Establish Communication Methods to inform Your Employees
 Review the Strategy by using the traffic light system and Appreciative Inquiry
 Apply facilitation skills to manager conversation
 Develop the Annual HR Strategic Plan
Course Fees
 Course fees is RM400.00 per participant for the 2 days workshop.
 The fees should be payable to Berjaya Education Sdn Bhd.
 The fees is HRDF claimable.

TRAINER’S PROFILE
Area of Expertise
He has conducted many training programs related to people and leadership skills. He is a
Certified Trainer of Zenger Miller for interpersonal and leadership Skills. He has also been
trained by eBay & PayPal in Essential Manager, Coaching and Supervisory Programs to
deliver to the management teams in the Asia Pacific Region. Apart from that, he has also
been trained to manage and conduct corporate strategic planning to several organizations
for organization growth.
Education and Certification
Laurence holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the
University of Malaya. He was awarded the Fellowship Scholarship Award for his
postgraduate studies.

He has won several awards in HR and Training for the last few years. These awards
include the HR Leadership Award of Malaysia Institute of Human Resource, Global

and Western Digital. He has vast experience in driving

strategies.
