Presented By:

Subject: Teaching Pedagogy
A feasibility report is a report that evaluates a set of
proposed project paths or solutions to determine, if
they are viable. The person who prepares a feasibility
report evaluates the feasibility of different solutions and
then chooses their recommendation for the best
solution on the basis of some considerations.
The feasibility report serves to break down different
approaches to a problem and help readers understand
the feasibility of each approach. Based on the evaluation
outlined in the report, readers can decide whether to
take the report's recommendation of the best approach.
What are Components of Feasibility Plan?
• Describe the project.
• Outline the potential solutions
resulting from the project.
• List the criteria for evaluating
these solutions.
• State, which solution is most
feasible for the project.
• Make a conclusion statement.

It was indeed a luminous and shining landmark when the School of Management
Studies (SMS), a Department of the University, was established in the year 1969.
The main objective of the MBA programmes in SMS is to equip the students with
requisite knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of the new order. Our
emphasis is to develop professional managers for the corporate sector, who will
fasten the nation towards a more prosperous, just and humane society. SMS has a
four decades old tradition of imparting management education and had launched
MBA programme to bridge gaps in management education in the country.
The programme is backed by a very good faculty drawn from both inside and
outside the institute and high quality academic infra-structure. SMS has also signed
the Memorandum of Understanding with many foreign universities to keep the
level of education upgraded. The learning environment and extra-curricular
activities foster the development of a holistic personality. The training programme
strives to equip the participants with more effective techniques of decision-
marking, instill in them a vigorous approach to productivity, excellence, innovation,
concern for ones neighbor and at the same time providing them global perspective.
The School offers a number of courses, which include full time as well as distant
learning courses in various streams of management. It is a matter of pride that this
School was the first in the country to introduce Master in Business Administration
course through distant learning for senior defense officers and working executives.
This course serves as a measure of rehabilitation for senior army officers and at the
same helps working executives to enhance their careers.
