SUMMARY
I finished my Master degree in Curricula and teaching methods from the WISE
University with distinction.
I have over 12 years of experience in the fields of Education, Educational Development
and Human Capacity Building. I have obtained various certificates, including: Certified
Trainer Certification in Educational Development and Education from Arab Trainers
Union, and The PCT certification (Pearson Certified Trainer) is accepted globally. Where
the trainer is certified by Pearson Education Inc. To provide "T4EDU" MATHEMATICS
AND SCIENCE MASTER TRAINER PROGRAM aspecial training in the field of
education ,and Certified Trainer Certification in Strategic and Operational Planning from
Arab Trainers Union.
Throughout my career, I acquired strong theoretical foundation with practical experience
in implementing behavioral change management and learning-by-doing approaches in
education-related programs to develop a holistic learning environment conducive to
students’ academic, psychological, emotional and social development. In addition to the
ability to combine this with my communication, facilitation and team building skills to
assist others in navigating through complex and difficult situations.
My early experience in the professional development field, focusing on education reform,
began as a Tutor for the High Education Diploma for Teachers, coaching and training
ministry of education teachers on integrating technology in the learning process, as well
as enabling them to use modern teaching techniques. Moreover
I am a member of Arab Trainers Union and a member of Jordanian Trainers Society. I
am always looking for new ways to expand on my current skills, enhance my working
capacities, and professional skills. My experience in the Content Developer field focusing
on education early grades teachers for Math and Science, which concentrates on
enhancing their capabilities and skills by the modern strategies in teaching Math and
Sciences for the Early Grades.

Jun 2015 – Till present PRO Hands And Minds Academy Amman, Jordan
Executive Manager And Education Consultant
I am the Executive Manager of Pro Hands And Minds Academy, This newly-established
Academy aims at providing capacity building training and solutions based on individual
needs in various fields of education human development, youth, entrepreneurship, and
education. to elevate the level of individual through transforming their attitudes,
developing their skills and enriching their knowledge.
In addition, I currently work as a consultant educational collaborator with National
Aviation and tourism Academy (NATA), and with SAGO Grub as education consultant
to The establishment of schools in Irbid.
August 2011 – Jun2015 ASK for Human Capacity Building Amman, Jordan
Senior Leader of Change (Education Expert & Expert Trainer):
I was worked as a Leader of Change (Education Expert & Expert Trainer) at ASK for Human
Capacity Building, I was worked in several nationwide educational projects such as:
 Facilitator and Coaching in "T4EDU" MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE
MASTER TRAINER PROGRAM. (27/10/2014 - 25/05/2015).
Through ASK for Human Capacity Building and Pearson I was worked in Tatweer (T4EDU) to
deliver training to 500 in Master Trainer Practical Project.
The Math and Science Teacher Development Program will build the Kingdom’s capacity in the
mathematics and science industries, fields, which are becoming increasingly important for success in
a competitive, global economy.
The Master Trainer Practical Project (MTPP) provides Master Trainer with the opportunity to
develop their skills in delivering part of the Mathematics and Science Blended Professional
Development Program (BPDP) to teachers. The project consists of a group of various tasks that
range from developing plans, to leading training, to reflecting on the Master Trainer performance.
 Education Reform Support Program (ERSP) that Funded by USAID.
- (NCS) Newly Constructed Schools
Responsible for training all in the Schools (teachers, principals, community members and students)
by work with him full time in the schools to equip school leaders and teachers with positive
attitude, knowledge and skills to apply innovative teaching and learning methodologies.
And worked in USAID schools (NCS) in several places in Jordan as a supervisor to evaluate
schools performance and to manage developmental projects.
- (LETS) "Learning Environment; Technical Support Program - LETS".
Responsible for training all in the Schools (teachers, principals, community members and students)
to equip school leaders and teachers with positive attitude, knowledge and skills to apply innovative
teaching and learning methodologies. It also aims to create new mindsets within the broader school
stakeholder community in order to value the new opportunity set before them and gain ownership
and commitment to meet the requirements for utilizing the new school model in the most effective
ways possible.
- (CSP) " Civil Society Program Expert Trainers "
This Advanced Facilitation Skills’ Training Program “Training of the Trainer” (TOT) program aims
to enable participants from across Jordan to conduct more effective and interactive facilitation
sessions throughout their training careers. It also works at enhancing their overall facilitation
strategies and techniques, and equipping them with the necessary tools to advance their
implementation of valuable training activities.
- (Data use)
Responsible for training all in the Schools, Field Directorates, and professional in managerial
positions to develop a better sense of understanding and importance for the use of Data in the
Decision Making Process. It is also working to enable Schools, Field Directorates, and central MOE
personnel to understand how to utilize better the queries available through EduWave to assess their
performance comparatively; and identify priorities and corrective actions required to improve
educational services, based on informed decisions.
 Content Developer
I am working as a Content Developer for the training courses and Programs for the USAID
Programs in Jordan. One of the most important training courses targets the early grades teachers
for Math and Science, which concentrates on enhancing their capabilities and skills by the modern
strategies in teaching Math and Sciences for the Early Grades. This training program was prepared
in cooperation with ADEC (Abu Dhabi Education Center) to be implement in the EAU and the
Arabian Gulf Area.
Jan 2008 – August 2011 CADER Amman, Jordan
(Senior Master Trainer)
During my work with CADER as a Lecturer ITC (Information Technology and Communication)
Diploma which is a higher certificate after the BA. This Diploma concentrates on how to integrate
the Technology in Education and introducing new and creative ways in teaching Pedagogies.
On the same time, I was a Senior Lecturer in the School Management Diploma, which is a higher
Diploma Certificate, which concentrates on introducing creative ways in School Leadership, School
Management and the art of communication. This Diploma targeting the Education Leaderships and
the Schools’ Principals.
 Master trainer and lecturer in the High Education Diploma “ICT in education” which has been
awarded by his Highness Prince Hassan for Scientific Excellence
 Master Trainer / Change Agent for Arab Development and Education Reform.
 Training in service and pre service, Jordanian teachers hired by Jordanian Ministry of education on
the latest methods and strategies of teaching, evaluation, and planning.

In addition, I currently work as a consultant educational collaborator with National Aviation and tourism Academy (NATA), and with SAGO Grub as education consultant to The establishment of schools in Irbid. August 2011 – Jun2015 ASK for Human Capacity Building Amman, Jordan Senior Leader of Change (Education Expert & Expert Trainer): I was worked as a Leader of Change (Education Expert & Expert Trainer) at ASK for Human Capacity Building, I was worked in several nationwide educational projects such as:  Facilitator and Coaching in "T4EDU" MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE MASTER TRAINER PROGRAM.   • 3. - (CSP) " Civil Society Program Expert Trainers " This Advanced Facilitation Skills’ Training Program “Training of the Trainer” (TOT) program aims to enable participants from across Jordan to conduct more effective and interactive facilitation sessions throughout their training careers. It also works at enhancing their overall facilitation strategies and techniques, and equipping them with the necessary tools to advance their implementation of valuable training activities. - (Data use) Responsible for training all in the Schools, Field Directorates, and professional in managerial positions to develop a better sense of understanding and importance for the use of Data in the Decision Making Process. It is also working to enable Schools, Field Directorates, and central MOE personnel to understand how to utilize better the queries available through EduWave to assess their performance comparatively; and identify priorities and corrective actions required to improve educational services, based on informed decisions.  Content Developer I am working as a Content Developer for the training courses and Programs for the USAID Programs in Jordan. One of the most important training courses targets the early grades teachers for Math and Science, which concentrates on enhancing their capabilities and skills by the modern strategies in teaching Math and Sciences for the Early Grades. This training program was prepared in cooperation with ADEC (Abu Dhabi Education Center) to be implement in the EAU and the Arabian Gulf Area.
