1. 1
Summary
I have:
In excess of 13 years of experience in teaching both to the undergraduate and postgraduate
programs in both governmental and private universities in Egypt and KSA.
I worked as the director of the MBA program in the school of graduate studies at Dar Alhekma
University in Jeddah. I was responsible for the overall management of the department
including developing the curricula, recruiting faculty, recommending appointments,
supervising and evaluating the staff and faculty within the department, approving the
entrance and exit requirements, and overseeing all aspects of the department. I was also
responsible for reviewing all brochures and publications which describe the program to
ensure accuracy and consistency. This is in addition to ensuring that the breadth and
depth of the curricula in the department meets appropriate requirements for any desired
external accreditation.
This is in addition to my position as an assistant professor in Accounting in the Banking and
Finance program (Hekma School of Business and Law) that is accredited by NCAAA.
Excellent experience in using the specialized Learning Management Systems accompanying the
different textbooks in addition to the standard ones like the Blackboard and Moodle. These
specialized LMSs [WileyPlus (Wiley), myaccountinglab (Pearson), and connectaccounting (Mc-
Grawhill) increase students engagements and improve their performance to an unexpected level.
An adaptable and flexible nature attained through working in situations of a demanding, mission-critical
nature where the overall success of the organization, as well as each individual, is the
desired outcome.
I believe in building strong relationships with team members and fellow workers, whether equals
or superiors.
