SUMMARY
Dr. Al-Weshah is a leading professional with diverse experience in
consultation, training, research, and teaching in fields of marketing,
management, and socio-economic studies for local and international projects.
He has a solid background in economics, business administration and
marketing with PhD in marketing from the University of Wales in UK.
Currently, Dr. Al-Weshah is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Vice
Dean in the Deanship of Scientific Research at Al-Balqa Applied University -
Jordan. Dr. Al-Weshah was a Head of Marketing Department at the Faculty
of Business, Al-Balqa Applied University- Jordan for two years. He was a
part-time lecturer for graduate programs in Edinburgh Business School
(EBS) in Jordan, the University of Jordan, Yarmouk University, German
Jordanian University, Princess Sumaya University for Technology, and
Luminus Education Group. Dr. Al-Weshah was visiting professor for two
semesters in the joint MBA program between Florida Atlantic University and
A-Baha University in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Al-Weshah is outstanding researcher in areas that serve the needs of local
and international business community. He has published more than 20
research papers in the field of marketing and management in international
refereed journals with more than 290 citations for his research publications.
His research interests are marketing information, bank marketing,
competitive intelligences and strategy, branding strategy, SMEs marketing, E-
business, and E-marketing. He is reviewer in many international refereed
journals.
Dr. Al-Weshah has delivered specialized training programs for professionals
