workstation.
Advance Care’s Desktop Alerts Application is a
customisable notification tool that enables individual
workstations to display a pop-up window over other
applications informing staff of important events in real
time. Events may include Staff Duress, Emergency
Calls, Fire Alarms, Security Notifications, Resident
out of Bed Alarms, or any one of a myriad of other
possibilities.
Alert pop-ups are configured by the user to appear on
screen in any location, size and format. They also offer
the flexibility to be customised, providing notifications of
specific alert types or events relevant to the individual,
such as displaying Staff Duress and Emergency Only
calls, or active calls exceeding a preset time, for
example.
Authorised staff can also utilise the application to
directly access the Advance Care IP reporting module.
This powerful tool provides management with valuable
insight into patient care and staff efficiencies, while
enabling the ability to run or schedule customised
reports.
