INX is a new generation, web based management system, that replaces disparate systems with a single integrated
database, to manage the entire process. The system is easy to use and ensures all personnel are working with
accurate, real-time information. The INX solution includes a range of integrated applications that support businesses

2. InControl is an easy to use, health, safety and‘event’(e.g. incidents, injuries, audits, inspections, risks)
management software database that meets the needs of a wide range of organisations. InControl includes
corrective actions, email notifications and escalations, risk and compliance management and supports the full
range of health and safety management activities.
InTuition efficiently manages role based compliance, competencies, procedures (documents) and training.
InTuition monitors expiring role requirements and notifies relevant parties. It reports the status of people and teams
across the organisation as a matrix of competencies and roles to quickly identify compliance gaps and schedule
required training.
+LMS is an optional addition to InTuition, which adds the capability to manage and deliver online training courses
and assessments. Training resources can include SCORM compliant eLearning packages, manuals, diagrams,
procedures, policies, streaming video and any other digital media.
InFlight manages the complex tasks of rostering, accommodation and flight scheduling with a high degree of
automation allowing a single change request to update all relevant bookings. InFlight ensures that travel resources
are used efficiently, that people arriving at site are assigned rooms reliably and that errors are eliminated and that
Room cleaning is aligned with room bookings.
InViron encompasses two components; obligation and stakeholder management and environmental reporting in
an NGERS database.
InHealth provides a secure and reliable data management tool for person related data which streamlines the
occupational management process. It addresses the areas of industrial hygiene and medical surveillance in order
to optimise employee health and fitness.
InTouch is a contractor management system that assists in managing contractor compliance, job scheduling,
incident tracking, contact details, banking details, compliance and insurance. InTouch notifies you when contractors
arrive on site using the InTouch Vendor Kiosk which also manages work permits and provides task completion
checklists for the contractor to complete.
InProcess is a flexible workflow module that facilitates the configuration of processes to support activities that
include the mobilisation of people to site (e.g. approval, testing, inductions, verification, assignment of rosters, travel
and accommodation resources) and approval of training, roster change, leave or travel requests.
+GIS is a fully web based Geographical Information System (GIS) plugin for INX designed to provide spatial
representation and analysis of your information. Data from various INX modules is available from the user interface
allowing users to visualise data on a map. Map legends, scale bars, north arrows and other elements are available
for further examination.
+Analytics provides granted users with informative, live and drill down dashboards. the dashboards are
configurable to present relevant performance data to each user.
INX Mobile is a downloadable application for iPhones, iPads and Android devices which allows
users to capture and view data for the relevant INX modules. Users can submit events and complete
checklists for the InControl module or view rosters, flights and accommodation for the InFlight module.
