1. Character Sketches
“Through her Eyes”
1. Character name: Raj (younger one)
Actor: Fahad Maqsood
Age: 10
Height: 3. Ft. 10 inches
He is portraying Raj, the
protagonist of the film, when
he was a kid. He is shown to
have hatred towards his
mother because she has only
one eye and she looks
unpleasant with it. He ignores
his
mother
whenever possible and gets angry
when his mother comes in front of
his friends. He considers his mother
a source of embarrassment for him
and often wish her death.

2. 2. Character name: Raj (elder one)
Actor: Wasay Rao
Age: 19
Height: 5. Ft. 10 inches
He is the protagonist of the film. The
whole film revolves around him and his
behavior with his mother. As he grows
up, he left his mother’s house and
shifted in a separate house with his
daughter and wife, leaving his old
mother alone on
her own. Raj is
shown to have
frequent conflicts with his wife while he
is portrayed as a bad father also. In
one scene in the movie, he pushes his
daughter aside and goes to the main
door of the house to see who is at the
door. He is shown to have a
personality where he wants everything
perfect
according to
him. He
doesn’t listen
to the other
person and
gets annoyed
at little things.

3. 3. Character name:Mother, also referred as “Maa”
Actor: Fariya Saleem
Age: 34
Height: 5. Ft. 6 inches
Just like any other mother, she has
unconditional love for her son, Raj. She is
a single parent, and manages all the
household as well as financial work. Her
happiness lies in the happiness of her
only son, and she gets upset whenever
her son scolds him in front of his friends.
She always waits for her son to come back from school so
they both can have lunch together. It is later revealed in the
movie that her love towards her son was so much that she
donated her own eye
to him when he lost
his eye in an accident
in his childhood.

4. 4. Character name: Wife
Actor: Anumtah Aijaz
Age: 18
Height: 5. Ft. 4 inches
She is a typical Indian wife who is very eager to put her
husband down whenever he raises finger on her cooking
skills. She is shown to have a not-so-good
relation with her husband and they both
usually end up
fighting with each other. She is tired of her
husband taunting her and often tells him not to taunt.
However, she herself taunts her husband on the other side.
Moreover, she is a good housewife and a good mother and
takes care of her daughter’s education and whether she has
completed all her school’s homework or not.

5. 5. Character name: Maliha
Actor: Maliha Tariq
Age: 8
Height: 3. Ft. 8 inches
She is a normal school going child who gets disturbed when
her parents quarrel with each other. She is shown to be the
only child of Raj and his wife. She completes her homework
on time and likes to spend quality time with her mother and
father. She gets scared when she sees her grandmother,
Raj’s mother.
