1. Editing Note
In my film, I have used various editing techniques,
from simple tools, to complex audio and video
transitions as well as effects. I mainly used dip to
white and dip to black video transitions for mostly
every changing frame so my video seems to be
more coherent. The background music used during
the scene when Charlie is left alone is fast with low
pitch, which would develop the interest of
audience. And the last part of the film where
Charlie realizes that he has to run away from the
witch if he loves his life, has a fast paced
background music, such music is used to create or
make audience feel what the character would be
feeling at that moment. I have dubbed a voice-over
of Charlie when he recites the magic spell. Other
than that I have used the basic tools like razor tool
to split the clips. I also use audio mixer to control
the background music and the voice-over in the
film.
