4. Of course you could just change up your diet and make things easier.. Like drinking 12 less of those Starbucks® latte’s you enjoy so much...which equals 3,500 calories! One pound! 5. Ladies you may feel a bit overwhelmed. Yet, think of it this way, if you reduce 500 calories every day for a week that adds up to 3,500 calories! That’s one pound!
